Dr. Janet Crino graduated from Boston University School of Medicine in 1987, after receiving a bachelor of science with honors in chemistry from Boston College.  She completed her pediatric residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut, where she also fulfilled an additional year as Chief Pediatric Resident, and joined Advocare Society Hill Pediatrics in 1991.

Erin L McArdle, MD is a board certified pediatrician and diplomat of the American academy of Pediatrics. She received her medical degree at the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia after earning her B.S. in Biology at the Pennsylvania State University. She completed her pediatric residency at Thomas Jefferson University/duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware.

Katie Warther, MD grew up in the Philadelphia area. She attended Kenyon College in Ohio, where she studied Spanish Literature. After college, Dr. Warther did a year of service with AmeriCorps, which inspired her to pursue a career in medicine. She completed a postbaccalaureate premedical program at New York University and attended the University of Vermont for medical school. She then completed her training at the University of California Los Angeles for her Pediatrics Residency.

Dr. Gail Waltz graduated with a B.A. in Biology from Carleton College in Northfield, MN, before receiving her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She stayed in Pittsburgh to complete her pediatric residency at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, where she developed a passion for primary care pediatrics. She particularly enjoys working with and supporting new parents, caring for children as they progress through all stages of development, and partnering with children and their families during times of both wellness and illness. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, skiing, and spending time with her dog and husband, who is also a pediatrician.

Shobha Sharma received a bachelor's degree in biology from Bryn Mawr College in 1993.  She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing in 1999 and master's degree in nursing in 2000,  both from the University of Pennsylvania.  She became a certified nurse practitioner in 2001 and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP).

Maureen O'Brien brings 30 years of pediatric nursing experience to Advocare Society Hill Pediatrics. She holds Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University College of Nursing.

Jessica Stickley has been in the nursing field for more than 40 years.  She graduated from the Temple University School of Nursing in 1977 and received her master's degree in nursing from Villanova University in 1986.
